REFER A CHILD
Do you know a child with a parent or sibling undergoing treatment for a life-affecting illness?
Simply fill out our online referral form below and we'll be in touch.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer help through:
- family memory-making days to make precious, important memories together
- physical and sporting activities to provide respite and normality
- counselling and support from the moment a family member is diagnosed.

THE CRITERIA
The child needs to be a UK resident, aged under 18 years, with a parent or sibling who’s been recently diagnosed with, or is undergoing treatment for, a critical illness. We can arrange memory-making days and activities throughout the country, however our counselling support is currently only available in boroughs of south-east London and Kent.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once we receive the referral form for the child, our board of trustees will confirm that it meets the criteria for the foundation and approve moving forward.
We may ask you for further medical details of the parent or sibling undergoing treatment.

Please note that we review the individual circumstances of each referral and aim to help those who meet the criteria of the foundation, although this isn’t possible in every instance.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. If you have any questions just get in touch.
